Online Tutor Training

The online instructor-led courses are offered in a personalized mode with no more than 30 students in each class. Start and finish dates are clearly marked. Besides the online tools used for interaction in the virtual environment, courses provide students with continuous support from a technical assistant, the tutor and a program coordinator, who are experts in the course topics, and are able to offer effective feedback in all course activities and promote relevant discussion.

SOBRE ESTE CURSO

This course provides the basic guidelines for tutoring e-learning courses. The course covers both technological skills, such as the principles of instructional design and educational concepts, always in relation to teaching online and using the environment of the Virtual Classroom INDES Throughout the course, Students will develop technological skills to navigate as students and tutors in the Moodle platform. Also, the methodology and best practices for the development of instructional design will be presented. Finally, students will learn the basics and best practices of online education, including moderation of discussion, course management, feedback to students, learning assessment and online presence.

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
People with experience in the field of training both onsite and virtual.
